Mindfulness is a mental state of active, open attention to the present.<\/p>\n<p>When you practice mindfulness, you\u2019re bringing your attention to what\u2019s going on in the present moment without judging it.<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness is the act of focusing on the present moment and accepting it for what it is. It\u2019s about being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and environment.<\/p>\n<p>Being mindful can lead to less stress and more peace of mind. For entrepreneurs, being mindful helps you work better, be more creative, and also sleep better at night.<\/p>\n<p>There are many ways to practice mindfulness.
