The data from the study was gathered from half a million people in a British medical database over a 10-year period.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s the magic number of cups of coffee?<\/p>\n<p>According to the study, the ideal number you can drink a day to get the cardiovascular benefits of coffee is between 2 and 3 cups a day. People who kept their consumption in this range showed fewer heart problems and fewer chances of dying prematurely.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moderation is key<\/strong><br \/>\nThese findings show that moderate consumption of coffee can prove beneficial, but people have to take into account the way they consume it. The impact of having cream, sugar, or milk on the coffee was not part of the study.
