Every single human has a unique identity that differs from others.<\/p>\n<p>So, why do we say \u201cbe like him\/her\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Why don\u2019t we say\u00a0\u201ccreate your path, create your definition of life\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Because we compare ourselves with others, we think we should also do that work, we should like him\/her so that we can also get success like them.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of following our passion and interests, we start chasing others\u2019 passions, and we get\u00a0stuck in our life, gradually we get unhappy with our lives.<\/p>\n<p>Solutions:<br \/>\nSit calmly and ask yourself \u201cwhat do I love to do\u201d.<br \/>\nAfter getting the answer, do research on it.<br \/>\nFollow the experts in your area of interest.<br \/>\nBuild connections with others in your category.<br \/>\nShare and get ideas from them.<br \/>\nDo the above-written steps, you\u2019ll get your path.<\/p>\n<p>In other scenarios,\u00a0we are forced\u00a0by our parents to do this and that only because they have been watching others\u2019 child are doing good in that field. This is devastating.<\/p>\n<p>Solutions:<br \/>\nFollow these steps if you\u2019ve chosen a career path according to your interest otherwise first follow the steps written above.<\/p>\n<p>In this case, you\u2019ve to raise your voice against your parents in an educating manner.<br \/>\nYou\u2019ve to put out that old mentality from their minds and put today\u2019s reality in their minds.<br \/>\nShow your future goals, so that they will trust you with your decision.<br \/>\nIf your parents love and care about you, they will agree with you as my parents did.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. It may be from \u201cHow to wake up in the morning\u201d like silly things to \u201cHow to prepare for UPSC\u201d like complex things, the mind has a specific and important part.<\/p>\n<p>To be happy we need a stable mind.<\/p>\n<p>You have never seen\u00a0a happy person with an unstable mind\u00a0because this can\u2019t be a combination. Every happy person is calm and stable-minded, that\u2019s the reason they are happy, that\u2019s the reason they are so good at decision making.<\/p>\n<p>An unstable mind is like a net of confusion, tension, depression, mood swings, and anxiety. With an unstable mind, we can\u2019t focus on one thing and our minds go here and there which takes us to sadness.<\/p>\n<p>Solutions:<br \/>\nDo meditation.<br \/>\nFix one task at one time, don\u2019t be multitasking.<br \/>\nListen to soothing instrumental tunes whenever you feel unstable.<br \/>\nJust sit and look towards the sky.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Further, we blame ourselves and get unhappy cause of not completing the task.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes we think to leave them but can\u2019t. It\u2019s totally human things.<\/p>\n<p>The major problem with us is, that\u00a0we can\u2019t say \u201cNO\u201d to anyone easily.\u00a0This is a fact.\u00a0It\u2019s also happened to me, maybe you are also facing this.<\/p>\n<p>Solutions:<br \/>\nBlock toxic people in Contacts, Whatsapp, IG, etc.<br \/>\nDon\u2019t interact with them.<br \/>\nDelete their pics, videos, and everything from your life.<br \/>\nMake yourself a priority.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
