Learn from other people\u2019s experience<\/strong><br \/>\nI love to read biographies to learn from other people\u2019s experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t need to waste your own time when you can learn from someone else\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnly the foolish learn from experience \u2014 the wise learn from the experience of others.\u201d \u2014 Rolf Hochhuth<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Meditate for 10 minutes each day.<\/strong><br \/>\nI meditate every day for 10 minutes to stay present.<\/p>\n<p>Meditation helps you be more present and mindful throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>I recommend\u00a0Oak\u00a0for daily meditation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can\u2019t always change what\u2019s happening around us, but we can change what happens within us.\u201d \u2014 Andy Puddicombe<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Write for 10 minutes each day.<\/strong><br \/>\nI journal each day in\u00a0Twos\u00a0for 10\u201320 minutes to offload my mind and improve my self-awareness.<\/p>\n<p>Journaling helps capture the thoughts swirling through your head onto paper.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJournaling is paying attention to the inside for the purpose of living well from the inside out.\u201d \u2014 Lee Wise<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Do tasks in order of importance<\/strong><br \/>\nI start my day with the most important task (usually coding).<\/p>\n<p>If we do the most important item first, the less important items may not be necessary.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMost of us spend too much time on what is urgent and not enough time on what is important.\u201d \u2014 Stephen Covey<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.
