Shred the cabbage and carrots using a food processor.<\/p>\n<p>2. Chop the spring onions and coriander.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add the cabbages, carrot, spring onions and coriander to a bowl, add the bean sprouts.<\/p>\n<p>4. Mix together.<\/p>\n<p>5. To make the dressing: mix all the ingredients together in a separate bowl.<\/p>\n<p>6. Add the dressing to the salad and mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>7.
