Copycat Pizza Hot Pockets

Ingredients

1 (13.8 oz) can pizza dough
1/2 c. marinara
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. mini pepperoni
1 large egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water

 

How to:

Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a floured work surface, roll out one can of dough to a 12″x15″ rectangle. Cut lengthwise into four rectangles (3.75” x 6”). Line half of the rectangle with toppings and then fold one side over to meet the other. Pinch all sides closed with your fingers and then tuck the seams underneath.

Brush with egg wash and transfer to prepared baking sheet.

Bake until golden and puffy, 18 to 20 minutes.
