Ingredients

  • Pint of strawberries (preferably seascape) cut in thirds
  • 3 cups Market mesclun, washed & dried
  • Celery rib, semi-finely chopped
  • Small fennel bulb, chopped into bite-sized pieces

How to:

Compose all ingredients. Dress with a mix of balsamic vinegar, good olive oil and loads of black pepper, measured to taste.
