How to change your life

The secret to a successful day is founded on the way it starts.
A productive morning is more often than not followed up with success which extends into the afternoon and beyond.
People tend to function differently at different times of the day due to variations in circadian rhythms.
While the best way to start the day will be subject to the preferences of every individual, there are a few universal tricks that everyone can employ to make sure that they get off on the right foot.
1. Wake Up Bright and Early
Making the most of the hours of the day means waking up at the right time. Waking early on a regular basis means getting an early night the night before, so don’t burn the midnight oil.
Set your alarm for a reasonable hour and avoid that snooze button like the plague.
2. Drink a Glass of Water
During the night, the human body loses a significant amount of water through sweat. The first thing you should do when you wake up is to replenish this water by drinking a full glass of water.
Without proper hydration, your body and brain will not be able to function to their full potential, and you will not be best placed to recognize and take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves throughout the day.
Doing exercise is one of the best things you can do to kick-start your brain and body in the morning.
Try to get into the habit of going for a run or to the gym before you have breakfast to leave yourself energized and ready to face whatever the day throws at you.
4. Eat a Healthy Breakfast
The saying “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” exists for a reason.
The energy your body will derive from the food you consume after the several night-time hours in which you go without sustenance forms the foundation of your daily success.
Make sure to eat a mixture of fruit, whole grain, and proteins (cut down on sugar), and try to mix things up throughout the week to keep things interesting.
One of the best ways of preparing yourself mentally for the day is to take a few minutes to meditate before you begin your workday.
Research consistently shows that those people who practice mindfulness in the morning are able to work much more productively from the first minute of the workday.
A great way to learn the principles of mindfulness meditation is through one of the many brilliant mobile apps available today.
At the end of the day, optimum morning routines will differ from person to person.
Finding what works for you and allows you to successfully go about your day requires a certain degree of trial and error.
That said, you can’t go far wrong if you set up your routine so that it incorporates the five tips mentioned above.
